| 1. | Minimum order $1,000.- |
| 2. | 12 pc. Minimum order per style or per color. |
| 3. | Average production turn around time is 6 weeks. For more detailed and larger orders average turn around is 8 weeks. |
| 4. | Orders require a minimum 20% "commitment" deposit before processing, balance is due when goods are ship-ready. **Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. |
| 5. | Deposit & payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, CHECK |
| 6. | * Major corporate programs, deposits and payment methods negotiable. |
| 7. | Wholesale Private Labeled Garments, minimum order $10,000.-
minimum 48 pcs. per color per style. Orders require a 50% deposit before
processing, balance is due when goods are ship-ready. *Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. |
| 8. | Silk screen printing (for rashguards, swimwear &
tees etc.)<br> For custom screening and or name drop under any of our generic logo’s there will be a $1.- printing charge in addition to the wholesale price per piece. (for larger & more detailed screening, added fees will apply) |
| 9. | The set up fee for each silk screen with name drop is $20.- per screen. |
| 10 | The minimum order for name drop is 24 pces. per design or per color run. (this may be mixed with one other suitable garment) |
| 11. | All custom artwork must be emailed in jpeg or tiff format. *Added fees will apply for manipulation and/or re-designing of new artwork. |
| 12. | Custom embroidery and applications for rashguards, swimwear, shorts etc. For custom embroidery and/or name drop under any of our generic embroidered logo’s there will be a $ 1.- embroidery charge in addition to the wholesale price per piece. (for larger embroideries and/or more detailed stitching, added fees will apply) |
| 13. | The set-up fee for each embroidery with name drop and/or new “artwork” is $20.- per disc. |
| 14. | The minimum order for custom and name drop embroidery and applications is 24 pcs. per design per color run (this may be mixed with one other suitable garment). |
| 15. | All custom embroidered artwork must be emailed in jpeg or tiff format. |
| 16. | Custom swing Tags and Labels Aggro Pacific® specializes in quality color printed swing tags, printed satin labels, quality woven labels, retail bags, stickers and more. The minimum order for printed items is 1,000 pcs. per design, minimum order for woven labels is 3,000 pcs. per design (mixed by 2 colors) set-up fee $20.- per design (**added fees for artwork designing) printing and label quotes available upon request please email layout and artwork with specifications (jpeg or tiff). |
| 17. | Return Policy All damages must be reported via email or registered mail within 10 days upon receipt of order. All goods returned to Aggro Pacific® must have R.A. numbers assigned by Aggro Pacific® before being accepted. Approved defective or incorrectly manufactured items will be credited back including shipping charges for the returned items within 30 days. |
| 18. | Shipping Shortages Any goods missing from the packing list enclosed with your shipment must be reported immediately to Aggro Pacific® within 7 days. |
